Returns and Complaints
Please complete the attached returns form, from your order, to return your products. you will find the return form together with your shipment. If, against expectations, you have not received a return form, please contact info@sunbeamhealthclub.com
Please note that all returns must be sent directly to our return address. Items must be returned in one package. We do not pick up return shipments at any parcel shops or post offices.

Prices
All prices at Sunbeam Health Club ApS are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and other taxes. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior consent. Subject to availability.
Payment
Sunbeam Health Club ApS accepts payments via VISA, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are debited only when the order is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We disclaim responsibility for pricing errors and unavailable/discontinued items.
Delivery
Orders placed before 5 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched the next 1-3 business day.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering material and/or manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, items may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or discounted.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling. Complaints must be made "within a reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Sunbeam Health Club ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
Refunds
If a refund is required, please provide your bank details (registration and account numbers) for the agreed amount to be transferred. These details are not sensitive and will only be used for the refund process.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return right on items purchased from our webshop.
The period begins on the day:
- You receive your order.
- You receive the last item in a single order delivered in parts.
- You receive the final part or batch of an order for multiple items delivered separately or in parts.
- You receive the first item in recurring deliveries.
Return Costs
You must bear the direct costs of returning the item.
Return shipments must also occur no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Items cannot be withdrawn simply by refusing delivery without notifying us.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are excluded from the withdrawal right:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Items with broken seals.
- Services started with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right ends once the service is fully delivered.
- Digital content not delivered on physical media, with prior consent.
- Newspapers, magazines, and periodicals, except subscription agreements.
- Public auction purchases.
- Perishable or quickly expiring goods.
Return Conditions
You must return your order without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged and bear the risk of damage until we receive it. Include a copy of the order confirmation. Expedited processing occurs when you also include a completed Return Form.
Condition of the Product
You are liable for any depreciation in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and functionality. Items tried beyond this may be considered used, resulting in partial or no refund depending on resale value.
Refund Process
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods, excluding delivery costs. Refunds will be issued without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of your withdrawal.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be withheld until the goods is returned or documentation of the return is provided.
